01Who may use the Service
The Service is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals, not to consumers. Users must be at least 18 years old and act for a Customer.
02The Service
The Service connects to Google Drive and Gmail accounts in read-only mode, indexes content the connected accounts can access, and generates answers to questions using artificial intelligence, with citations to the underlying sources. We may change, improve or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions.
Pre-release status: The Service is currently provided as a pilot version. It may contain errors, be unavailable, and change without notice.
03Accounts and access
- Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
- Customers decide which people and which source accounts are connected, and are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions, including from the owners of connected mailboxes and files and from their employees where required by law.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
04Customer data
- The Customer retains all rights to content in connected sources and to questions it submits (“Customer Data”).
- The Customer grants us the rights needed to host, copy, index and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
- We process personal data in Customer Data as a processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
- We do not use Customer Data to train general AI models.
05AI-generated answers
Answers are generated automatically by AI and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when sources are cited. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Users must verify answers against the cited sources before relying on them. Answers may be based on a cached copy of a source that has since changed; such answers may be marked as “updating”.
06Acceptable use
You must not:
- connect accounts or data you are not authorised to use;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process data in breach of applicable law;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls or usage limits, or access other customers’ data;
- reverse-engineer the Service, except where permitted by law;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or resell it without our consent;
- overload the Service or send malicious content.
We may suspend access that violates this section or endangers the Service or other users.
07Fees
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the order form or price list. Prices exclude VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days.
08Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a separate service-level agreement applies. Maintenance may cause short interruptions, which we try to announce in advance.
09Intellectual property
The Service, its software and documentation remain our property. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its internal business purposes for the term of the agreement.
10Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party services, including Google APIs and AI model providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Your use of Google accounts remains subject to Google’s terms.
11Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for personal injury, and where mandatory law provides.
- For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to typical and foreseeable damage, and in total to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- We are not liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damage, loss of data that the Customer could have prevented by reasonable backups, or decisions made on the basis of AI-generated answers.
12Warranty
During a free pilot, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty, as far as permitted by law. For paid use, we remedy reproducible material defects within a reasonable time.
13Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other’s confidential information confidential, and use it only for the purposes of this agreement, during the term and for 3 years after.
14Term and termination
The agreement runs until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month; the right to terminate for good cause is unaffected. After termination we delete Customer Data within 30 days, unless law requires retention. The Customer may export its data before then, where the Service offers export.
15Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not object within that period, the changes take effect; we will point this out in the notice. If you object, either party may terminate.
16Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, to the extent permitted by law.
17Final provisions
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay effective. Amendments must be in writing; email suffices.
